CATHY TROWELL WINS THE PROVINCIAL SCOTT TOURNAMENT OF HEART!!
Trowell defeated Michelle Schneider, 5-3 in the Championship Final. Cathy now represents Saskatchewan at the Canadian Scott Tournament of Hearts in Regina

Michelle Schneider defeated Amber Holland, 7-5 in Semi-Final Sunday morning. Holland won the tie-breaker Saturday night over Kim Hodson, 8-5 to advance to the Semi-Final. Regina's Cathy Trowell finished in 1st place (6-1) and got a bye to the FINAL; Michelle Schneider- 2nd (also 6-1 but due to her loss to Trowell finished 2nd). Hodson and Holland finished tied for 3rd at 4-3. Check Final Standings.   

Kristy Lewis - Third from the Championship Cathy Trowell team is the winner of the 1998 MARJ MITCHELL AWARD - going to the player which exemplifies sportsmanship and good play. CONGRATULATIONS KRISTY
